A game announced in August 2026 and shipping in December has a lot of questions and very few answers. This site keeps the two apart: what Curve Games and Coyote House Games have actually said, and what people are filling in on their own.
The most-asked question about this game is whether it is on Xbox, and the honest answer needs a sentence rather than a yes or a no. A store page can only list what it sells. This table also lists what has not been announced.

You play a raccoon. Up to three friends play the rest of the gang. You break into buildings, knock over bins, raid snacks, and carry off anything shiny that is not nailed down, while a pest-control worker works his way through the level trying to put you in a cage.
The movement is the point. Raccoons sprint, climb walls and crawl through vents, so the route into a building is rarely the door, and almost everything in a level can be picked up, thrown or smashed. Heavy loot needs more than one pair of paws, which is where the co-op stops being cosmetic.
Between jobs you go home. The hideout is where stolen junk becomes decoration, where you customise your raccoon, and where hats with their own abilities are unlocked.
That is the shape of it as described by the people making it. How any of it is balanced, how long a mission lasts, or how hard the Exterminator is to escape has not been explained by anyone yet, and this site will not pretend otherwise.

Xbox Wire published the reveal: Dumpster Gang is releasing for Xbox on PC in December 2026 and will be available day one on PC Game Pass. The same piece introduced the two developers, Jake and Sam of Coyote House Games, and confirmed Curve Games as publisher.
It is coming to Xbox on PC, and it is on PC Game Pass from day one. The Xbox consoles are a different question and the answer there is that nothing has been announced. The Xbox Wire post that revealed the game names Xbox PC and PC Game Pass specifically, and the Microsoft Store listing is the PC one.
December 2026. That is the entire release window as announced, with no specific day attached. The developers posted the window on Steam on 26 August 2026 and the Gamescom reveal followed on 27 August; nothing more precise has been published since.
One to four. It is playable solo, and the store record lists single-player, multi-player, co-op and online co-op as its categories. There is no split-screen or shared-screen category on that record.
No price has been published. The Steam record carries no price block at all, which is normal for a game this far from release. If you have PC Game Pass, the answer on that side is already known: it is included from day one.
None has been announced. There is no demo app attached to the Steam record, and no playtest or beta has been mentioned. Wishlisting is the only thing you can currently do.
Neither has been announced. The reveal covered PC only, the Steam record lists Windows as the sole operating system, and there is no PlayStation or Nintendo store page to point at. That is not the same as ruled out, and this site will say so the day it changes.
None has been announced. No redemption or codes system appears on the store page, in the announcement or on the official site, and the game is not out. Any page listing working codes for it is inventing them.
