The one thing that can be said concretely: the Steam requirements block publishes exactly one line, "Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system", and leaves OS, processor, memory, graphics, storage and sound card as TBC. Until those fill in, nobody outside the studio knows how demanding the game is.
